Doubt, faith & Knowing

So, I want to talk a little bit about doubts - the doubts we can have in our lives as we move along. You will certainly have doubts. You will question whatever comes into your life.
You will doubt your decisions. You will doubt whether it’s your mind or your soul giving you the answers to the questions you might have. To me, doubt is a very good thing if we use it as an indicator to seek more clarity.

Doubt should be a bridge, an indicator to seek more clarity. Doubt can almost become a downfall, where you start to diminish yourself, disrespect yourself and stop believing in yourself. When we detach from that and see doubt as an indicator of something, we can actually start to cultivate our faith. Doubt and faith are entwined; they’re connected.
When you use doubt without connecting your emotions to it, and instead use it as an indicator for enquiry, it will start to establish faith within you - faith that goes beyond right and wrong, faith that is God within you as you. Faith moves like the inhale and the exhale. Sometimes it feels as if faith is long gone or far away, and sometimes it feels very close.
To strengthen our faith, doubt comes our way as an indicator to deepen our awareness of the matter in question: there are more enquiries to be made, there’s more to investigate. And when you’ve done that, faith returns. You almost feel as if you’re rising, and faith thereby activates the inner knowing - the knowing that is rooted in faith, faith in life, faith in God. And often, that knowing shows the next step, all the way to the mind.
Your next step reveals itself, from faith into knowing. So, try to spend some time looking into doubts - your doubts - when they come up, along with all the very good explanations you have: this could be it, this could be the reason, or that is not the reason. Try to detach from those explanations and see where the doubt is leading you.
Or, said another way: When doubt comes, do not connect it with your emotions, your patterns or your belief systems. Allow faith to sometimes be very present and at other times far away. If you allow that movement, it will be like water on the soil that is you, and it will let faith show the way to knowing.
See the trinity of doubt, faith and knowing as a messenger of God that wants to grant you greater access to the totality, to the beauty of your true nature.
